1. General Terms & Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and Prevailer B.V., the company operating Linebet under Curacao eGaming licence 8048/JAZ. By accessing or using any part of the Linebet platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Online sports betting and casino gambling must be legal in your country of residence. It is your sole responsibility to verify this before registering.
• You must not be a resident of a restricted jurisdiction. Linebet maintains a list of restricted countries in the account registration form.
• You must not be a current employee, director, or contractor of Prevailer B.V. or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must register with accurate, truthful personal information. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

Completing registration and clicking "I Accept" on the registration form constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any sport-specific or promotion-specific rules in effect at the time. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Registration & Account Rules

Account Creation

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one Linebet account. Creating duplicate accounts using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must register using your real name, date of birth, and contact details. This information must match the documents you provide for identity verification.
• Currency selection: You select your account currency during registration. This cannot be changed after account creation. Choose carefully.
• Password security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Linebet will never ask for your password.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Linebet is required to verify your identity before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit: a government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card, or driving licence) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months). KYC review is completed within 24 hours in most cases. Failure to complete KYC will prevent withdrawal of funds.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. Linebet reserves the right to charge an inactivity fee or close inactive accounts. Users will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. Remaining balances are subject to the terms in effect at the time of closure.

Account Closure by User

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Pending bets must be settled and all wagering requirements completed before the final balance is paid out.

3. Betting Rules

General Betting Conditions

Bet Errors & Technical Issues

Linebet reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error. In such cases, the stake is returned to the user's account. Linebet will notify affected users of any voided bets by email or in-app notification.

Maximum Winnings

Maximum winnings per bet slip may vary by sport and event type. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. Linebet reserves the right to adjust maximum winnings limits at its discretion for high-value or unusual betting patterns.

Bonus Funds & Betting Restrictions

Bets placed with bonus funds are subject to additional restrictions. Bonus funds may not be used on system bets, certain low-margin markets, or events with heavily discounted odds. Full details of eligible markets for bonus wagering are available in the bonus terms section below.

4. Live Betting & Cash Out Rules

Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting is available on most sports events once they have started. Odds in the live betting section are subject to rapid change as the event progresses. Linebet reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time and to void bets placed on markets that were displayed in error during a live event.

There may be a brief delay between placing a live bet and receiving confirmation. During this period, the odds at which your bet is accepted may differ from the odds displayed when you clicked to bet. You will always see the final accepted odds before confirming your bet.

Cash Out

The Cash Out feature allows you to settle an active bet before the event ends at the current market value offered by Linebet. Cash out is available on most pre-match and live betting markets for both single bets and accumulators.

Cash out values are calculated in real time and may change between the moment you request cash out and when the request is processed. If the value changes significantly during processing, you will be offered the new value and may accept or decline. Linebet reserves the right to suspend cash out on any market without notice.

5. Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on Linebet are provided by licensed third-party game studios. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for that game.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game (connection failure, server error, software bug), the round in which the malfunction occurred will be voided and the stake returned to your account. Winnings from a malfunctioning game round are not paid.

Linebet uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all software-based casino games. Live casino games are hosted by Evolution Gaming and other licensed studios with real dealers in regulated environments.

Welcome Bonus

General Bonus Rules

• One welcome bonus per user: The welcome bonus applies once per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• No simultaneous bonuses: Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
• Wagering before withdrawal: Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be made. Real-money funds deposited alongside a bonus may be withdrawn at any time, but doing so will cancel the associated bonus.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per selection is $5. Bets exceeding this limit placed with bonus funds will be voided.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses not claimed or wagering requirements not completed within the validity period will expire. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited.
• Promo code timing: Promo codes must be entered during registration or before the qualifying deposit is made. Codes cannot be applied retroactively.

Bonus Abuse

Linebet actively monitors for bonus abuse, including: matched betting, arbitrage betting, low-risk accumulator strategies using only the minimum required odds, bonus hunting (registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses), and any activity that Linebet reasonably considers to be designed to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonuses cancelled and may be permanently closed.

7. Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Linebet reserves the right to request the source of funds for any deposit and to temporarily hold funds pending verification for large transactions or unusual deposit patterns.

8. Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.

Withdrawal Restrictions

Linebet may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if: the account has not completed KYC verification, there are active bonus wagering requirements, the account has been flagged for suspicious activity, or Linebet is required to do so by regulatory or legal obligations. You will be notified of any withdrawal hold and its reason.

9. Responsible Gambling

• Loss limits: Restrictions on total losses over a defined period.

• Cooling-off period: Temporary access suspension for 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days.
• Self-exclusion: Account suspension for 30, 90, or 180 days, or permanent closure.

10. Fraud & Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of winnings, and potential legal action:

• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account to exploit welcome bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Bonus abuse: Using strategies specifically designed to extract value from promotions without genuine sporting interest, including matched betting, arbitrage, and minimum-odds accumulator farming.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider for a deposit made to your Linebet account while retaining the associated funds or winnings.
• Collusion: Coordinating bets with other users to guarantee outcomes or exploit betting markets.
• Fraud and identity theft: Using another person's identity, payment method, or account.
• VPN and geo-bypass tools: Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to bypass geographic restrictions and access Linebet from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets without manual input.

Linebet uses automated fraud detection systems to monitor account activity in real time. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity will be reviewed before any withdrawal is processed.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

Linebet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Discovery of fraudulent, misleading, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Creation or use of multiple accounts.
• Initiation of chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Regulatory, legal, or licence compliance requirements.

Upon termination for breach of these terms, any bonus funds, free bets, and winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited. Real-money deposits not subject to active wagering requirements will be returned to the user via the original deposit method, subject to completed KYC verification.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Linebet platform — including but not limited to the logo, app design, website layout, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of Prevailer B.V. or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any Linebet content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use may constitute copyright infringement and result in legal proceedings.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Linebet's total liability to any user for any cause of action arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Linebet is not liable for: loss of profits, loss of data, indirect or consequential damages, or any loss arising from service interruption, technical failure, or delays in bet settlement caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including force majeure events, regulatory actions, or third-party failures).

Linebet does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform and reserves the right to perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that may result in temporary unavailability.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Curacao. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curacao, or resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Curacao law, at Linebet's discretion.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact Linebet customer support and allow a minimum of 30 days for the dispute to be resolved through internal channels. Contact support@linebet.com with a clear description of your complaint.

15. Changes to These Terms

Linebet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Minor corrections, clarifications, or updates that do not materially affect your rights may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
